Join PJ Library® and jHUB to celebrate Shavuot with a virtual, family-friendly baking session to make blintzes and a PJ Library story!
Come prepared with these ingredients to bake with us:
Crepe
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
Filling
- 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
