DAPHNE C. LINGON is the Senior Vice President, Jewelry, North and South America, Christie's, Inc. She joined Christie's in 1993 as a cataloger at Christie's East and today is a senior specialist responsible for business development, appraisals, and client acquisition. She also assists with the four annual jewelry sales in New York and numerous international sales.
With 20 years of experience, Ms. Lingon's sale highlights include jewelry belonging to Lauren Bacall, Ellen Barkin, Dorothy Draper, Doris Duke and Lillian Goldman, amongst others. She was instrumental in several single owner sales including Magnificent Jewels from a Distinguished Private Collection which totaled $8.8M and The Magnificent Jewels of Margaret Adderly Kelly, which realized $9.8M. Additionally, we worked closely with the jewelry from The Collection of Elizabeth Taylor, which sold for a world-record price of $144.1M.
The Jewish Federation of Cleveland's Legacy Society recognizes those who have made provisions for the future of our Jewish community with an endowment commitment currently or in the future through their estate plans.
