Let’s kick off the New Year with a fun Mom’s Night Workout!

Join us for a HIIT & Run class led by Alex Mann, professional trainer at Miracle Performance. This is a total body conditioning and core workout that is Low Impact/High Intensity. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Come enjoy the evening as we chat, sweat, and have light, well-deserved refreshments!
