You are cordially invited to celebrate at The Women's Philanthropy Signature Event: An Evening Exclusively for Lion of Judah and Pomegranate Donors.
Socialize with fellow women leaders in Cleveland’s Jewish community and participate in a special program featuring accomplished filmmaker and philanthropist, Nancy Spielberg and Ruby Bass Award recipient, Shari S. Perlmuter.
Mothers, adult daughters, and daughters-in-law are welcome.
$75 per person (not tax-deductible)

Nancy Spielberg
Nancy Spielberg is an accomplished businesswoman, fundraiser and philanthropist. She produced the documentary feature Above and Beyond in 2014 and is currently developing it as a narrative feature film with a studio. Spielberg was executive producer of Elusive Justice: The Search for Nazi War Criminals and the documentary Mimi and Dona, which was chosen as one of the best TV shows of 2015 by the New York Times. Nancy has also produced projects for the Israeli government and Celebrities Salute Israel’s 60th. She is currently executive producing several other historical films.
Spielberg grew up on her brother Steven’s early films. She attended Arizona State University, UCLA, and New York’s Sarah Lawrence College. She is founder and co-founder of several charities including “A Bid for Charity,” “Children of Chernobyl,” “Project Sunshine” and the American branch of The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
Shari S. Perlmuter
Shari S. Perlmuter epitomizes Campaign volunteerism and dedication to the Federation. In Shari’s honor, the Ruby Bass Challenge Endowment Fund will make a donation to the Women’s Campaign for the 2017 Campaign for Jewish Needs. This award was established by Ruby Bass’ son Jonathan, his wife Stephany and her mother Lenore Kessler, who was also Ruby’s dear friend.
