You asked and we listened! We're excited to introduce the next generation of "Workout with YLD" – now called "Wellness with YLD." This new series will offer you more opportunities to see friends and get fit through a variety of exercise classes, cooking demos, and more. Check out our first wellness event below:

Boxing Boot Camp

Celebrate International Women's Month with a 30-minute boxing boot camp, followed by a panel discussion on women in fitness and entrepreneurship.

Samantha Friedman, Managing Director, The Cleveland Flea

KATIE POLLOCK is part owner of TITLE Boxing Club Ohio City. A native of Cleveland, Katie began her fitness career as a certified Spinning instructor, and later started teaching at TITLE Boxing Club Solon. She grew to have a passion for boxing, and loves to see how the fitness community has grown over the years in her hometown.

SAMANTHA FRIEDMAN is the Managing Director for the Cleveland Flea, a graphic designer, and indoor cycle instructor, boxing and boot camp instructor at GrooveRyde. She has a strong love for her hometown of Cleveland and community, and is honored to be involved in the community in so many ways – via the Flea, GrooveRyde, and as an ambassador for Lululemon.
