ABOUT ELIE WEISS: Elie Weiss began his career as a real estate developer when he joined Stark Enterprises in Cleveland in 1997. Projects developed under Elie’s direction include restaurants at Tiedeman & I-480, Cinemark Valley View and The Strip. Elie was the lead developer for Eton Chagrin Boulevard and played a leading role in the development of Crocker Park. In 2007, Elie added restaurant development and operations to his responsibilities and developed two successful restaurant concepts: Province, located in Chicago & Phoenix; and Paladar Latin Kitchen and Rum Bar in Cleveland, Miami, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Today, Elie is President of Real Estate for American Greetings, leading the management of the Weiss Family real estate portfolio.
